About this tool
Retyping text because Caps Lock was on is a waste of time. This case converter changes the capitalisation of any text in one click. Choose UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, or the naming styles developers use: camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case.
Sentence case capitalises the first letter of each sentence and works with Spanish inverted punctuation. Title case capitalises every word. The programming styles split your text into words, even when it already contains camelCase or underscores, and join them in the format you choose. Everything is converted locally as you type and your text is never sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between title case and sentence case?
Title case capitalises the first letter of every word, as in a book title. Sentence case capitalises only the first word of each sentence, as in normal writing.
When should I use camelCase, snake_case or kebab-case?
It depends on the language or system. camelCase is common in JavaScript, snake_case in Python and databases, and kebab-case in URLs and CSS class names.
Does the converter handle accents and special letters?
Yes. Letters such as á, ñ, ü or ç are converted correctly, and Spanish inverted question and exclamation marks are respected in sentence case.
Is there a limit on the text length?
