    About this tool

The PDF merger joins two or more PDF documents into a single file. Add your files, arrange them in the order you want using the move buttons, and press “Merge PDFs”. The combined document is created instantly and downloaded as merged.pdf. It is useful for gathering contracts, invoices, scanned pages or application documents into one file you can send in a single email.

Unlike most online mergers, this one does not upload anything. Your PDFs are read and combined by your own browser, so private documents never reach a server and there are no file-size limits other than your device’s memory. All pages are copied as they are, keeping their original size and content. Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the password is removed.

    How to use it

    1. Click the drop area or drag your PDF files onto it. You can add files in several batches.
    2. Use the up and down buttons to put the files in the order you want them to appear. Remove any file you added by mistake.
    3. Press “Merge PDFs” once you have at least two files.
    4. Your browser downloads merged.pdf. Open it to check the page order.

    Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. The files are combined locally in your browser with a JavaScript library. Nothing is sent over the internet, which makes it safe for confidential documents.

How do I change the order of the files?

Each file in the list has “Move up” and “Move down” buttons. The number on the left shows its position, and the merged document follows this order from top to bottom.

Why can’t I merge one of my files?

The file may be damaged or protected with a password. Remove the password in a PDF reader, save a copy and add it again. The tool tells you which file caused the problem.

Is there a limit to the number of files or pages?

There is no fixed limit. Very large PDFs need more memory, so on a phone you may prefer to merge fewer files at a time.
